Great job reclaiming the asphalt parking area we removed years ago when we wanted more green! Watching the coordination of Steve and Dave’s team from the building’s security cameras was fun, like watching the Super Bowl, great staging! Nice neat job, exactly as planned. I was impressed with SLS (Signature Land Services) from my very first contact. Steve walked the property as part of preparing the SLS bid. He took the time to point out several issues no other company noted, suggesting possible fixes for anything even remotely related to paving. SLS was consistently on time, always where they said they'd be when they said they'd be there. The work done was outstanding, with attention to detail that genuinely surprised me. The SLS crews cleaned up after themselves - no debris, no asphalt spills, no garbage - nothing left behind. The final result was (and is) a beautiful paving job. One final touch from SLS was provision of a professional, easy-to-follow guide outlining use and care of the paving to assure its longevity. I recommend SLS without hesitation.
